Who We Are
New Found Growth Corporation (NFGC) is a minority-owned and operated General Contractor based in San Francisco, CA. Specializing in a comprehensive array of construction services, including plumbing, pipe fitting, HVAC solutions, and carpentry, NFGC has extensive experience in successfully executing commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.

Our Team
Pierre Middleton-Baez, Co-Owner and Field Foreman of New Found Growth Corp. (NFGC), hails from San Francisco, where he was born and raised in the Bayview District. His grandmother, known in the community as "Aunt Bea," dedicated her life to establishing a youth program at Hunters Point Community Youth Park. For over three decades, she provided a safe haven for children, offering them a place to play, do their homework, and take dance and cooking classes.
Inspired by his family's community-focused legacy and driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Pierre pursued his passion and attended City Build Academy. There, he earned his General Contracting license, and in 2021, co-founded NFGC alongside his business partner, Billy Gao.

Shawn Robinson is the Project Manager for New Found Growth Construction Corporation. He attended the School of Architecture at the University of Oregon and has over 3 years of experience as a Civil Service Construction Project Manager for the U.S. Air Force. Certified by the Passive House Institute of the United States, he brings a commitment to efficiency and environmental responsibility to every project. Shawn specializes in spatial design, cost estimation, and coordinating project milestones from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys soccer, producing music, cooking, and exploring nature.

General Construction
Whether constructing residential homes, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities, we coordinate subcontractors, handle permits, adhere to budgets, and prioritize safety.
Pipe Fitting
We are well-versed in pipe fitting, including the fabrication, assembly, and installation of piping systems for water, gas, steam, and other fluids. This encompasses both traditional metal piping and newer materials like PVC and PEX.
HVAC
We install and maintain heating systems such as boilers, furnaces, radiators, and heating pipes and provide servicing of cooling systems like air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and cooling towers, including piping installation for coolant circulation. With proficiency in ventilation system installation, we also fabricate ductwork, install air handling units, exhaust fans, and ventilation piping, ensuring proper air circulation and indoor air quality for healthier environments.
Plumbing
We specialize in the installation of plumbing systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This includes the installation of piping, fixtures, valves, and other plumbing components.
Carpentry
From framing to finishing, we bring architectural designs to life with craftsmanship and attention to detail.
